Password Reset Instructions

  • Enter your COTR username, should be in the format c1234567@cotr.bc.ca, then press Next
  • In the following Microsoft screen, confirm your college account is correct under the field 'Email or Username'
  • In the next text field, you would have to provide the characters displayed in the picture
  • Press next button and follow the directions on the screen
  • IMPORTANT: Your new password must be more than 8 characters and must include the following: Uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and a special character
